By using TransP2P, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

Service Description

TransP2P provides peer-to-peer file transfer services, using WebRTC technology to enable direct file sharing between devices. We offer free P2P direct mode and paid server cache mode.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not upload illegal, harmful, or unauthorized copyrighted content
• Not attempt to breach security or abuse the service
• Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction

Service Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• We reserve the right to perform maintenance with reasonable notice
• We may modify or discontinue certain features with advance notice

Paid Services

• Server cache mode is billed based on actual usage
• Prices are displayed before confirmation
• Completed transfers are non-refundable
• Payments are processed through Creem (international) or Alipay (China)

Intellectual Property

• The TransP2P brand and technology are our property
• You retain ownership of files you transfer
• You grant us a limited license necessary to process files

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not responsible for:

• Data loss during transfer
• Service interruptions
• Indirect or consequential damages

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes will be resolved through standard legal procedures.
